The owner
Juan Otero Ayala, is a seasoned and certified welder with over 12 years of experience. He received his apprenticeship from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) where he became highly skilled in metal decking, structural ironworking, trade safety, arc welding, oxyacetylene cutting and more. He is trained to work in confined areas under extreme conditions in accordance to OSHA safety rules and standards.
The Company
Otero established JO Welding Contractor, Inc. in 2008. The company operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and services all of the D.C., Maryland and Virginia area.
